Thank you for taking the time to add your feedback, we take all comments seriously and have investigated the points you have raised. We have listened to the call and the sales consultant admitted it was his error that Thomson Airways do not provide prebooked inflight meal services, however you were never charged for this. We have also listened to the calls you placed to our customer service manager and were advised twice the correct place to submit your passport details in addition to the document emailed at the time of booking. If you wish to discuss this any further please call our customer service team on 0191 432 7931.
