The overall result was good however the communication was poor, I tried numerous of times to contact my allocated lawyer via phone, email and left messages but never heard anything back.

Never felt they had my interest at heart, they only seemed to react to what the 3rd party did. Even after settlement, I still had to chase them for full closure.
