Thank you for your feedback and apology for the delay. Our usual delivery time as stated in our FAQs is five working days which is today. We did send an email and ask that anyone who needed a quick delivery for an important date to let us know and all those requests were sent out today. We don't appear to have had one from you but we will ensure your package is sent out tomorrow. Sorry again and hope you enjoy your mug when you receive it.
