Hello, Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear about the experience you received at the Lifestyle Tropical. We do see the letter you have sent to our Customer Service department regarding this. While we have not received a response back from Nolitours and the resort I do see it may take up to 8 weeks for us to receive one. We do apologize for the length in time this takes. We will be sending a follow up with Nolitours as we are the third party involved in your booking and will let you know the response as soon as we receive it. While you did book with itravel2000 the supplier of the product is Nolitours and as per their due process they have to review all post travel concerns regarding client's trips. Hello, Thank you for your feedback. While the Superior Room is the most affordable room type offered by the property, the room you would be staying at on your vacation is assigned only at check in. The specific view of the rooms is provided by Sunwing and is only described to us as either Island view or Ocean view. had cancel but.....
