Thank you for sharing your thoughts! Some tickets are fully refundable on the day of purchase, especially with RailAid trip protection. In the case of your purchase, the regional tickets you purchased were outlined to be non-refundable before checking out.
With all of our tickets, the fare rules are highlighted prior to check-out. This means that before we collect payment, we take care to emphasize what the fare rules are (in some cases, you can even choose the fare rules!) before you agree to process payment.
