I would use again when travelling in Italy without hesitation.
Easy to use, trains were always on time, employees were very helpful Everytime we had a question. Trains were always clean and well kelped.

Lived Up To Our Expectations
It lived up to the online reviews prior to me purchasing the tickets. First time I used the paperless ticket by using my mini IPad to keep the e-ticket.
