traines were on time and customer service at the main stations were more than helpful. They all spoke English which they didn't have to do.

Generally terrible
Two cancelled services to Rome. No replacement trains or buses. No advanced warning. Generally understaffed station.

No help with luggage, no room for luggage. Porters were not very friendly.

Phuqueing worst train experience in many years. Paid for first class ticket, roundtrip Rome to Venice--got ripped off by phuqeing wop conductor who said ticket was not valid until next night. ...
