Railpass for day trips in italy
Overall good experience, and value for price.would definitely pay the extra for the upgraded seats in the future, got left on the platform several times even though they were still there did not open...

Train Service bad no customer service like we have in USA. They don't know
Trrain was delayed 3 hrs. Not able to use a restroom, Police personnel extremely rude not care that I was traveling with two kids. No one able to provide information NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever....
