Good travels

Poor service, food and beverage selections!
Unfriendly and poor servive! Should have better selections in food and bevegaes. Staff spent too much times to hanging around the bar.

I accidentally bought 4 tickets from Geneva to Venice on the wrong date (one day too late). The company would not help me change them, so we had to buy flights. The company refused to reimburse me.

Great choice for travelling inside Italy for tourists
generally the trips were very comfortable, getting tickets on line was easy. My only complaint was atleast two times the trains came quite late ( 30 mins or more)
