Easy to navigate quote, but policy exclusions not obvious and just asking customers to click wrap and read PDS seems to be liability-evading behaviour.

No phone to contact you for insurance booking clarification I needed. Only email option & no one has bothered to answer the query, considering you do not have a phone line. Very dissapointed!!!
