Dear Customer Thank you for your feedback although we are sorry to hear that you found it difficult to navigate through our website.As we are a web-based travel insurance company our sales support team communicate by email as this helps provide a more efficient service, ensures a formal response and enables us to pass back the savings to the consumer.Our premiums are calculated on a few different factors such as Age, Trip duration, region and any additional options that you may have included i.e. Snow Cover.
