Our Tour Directors work passionately to ensure that you can confidently explore your dream destinations in style. So, it pleases us greatly that the service we provided, met all of your expectations. Additionally, we truly value our guests’ continued trust in Insight Vacations, and given that, it really disappoints us to learn that your journey was not at the style of pace that you had hoped for. While our Britain and Ireland Explorer tour, allows our travellers to gain a deeper knowledge of their destination, in a snapshot of time, perhaps one of our other touring styles might match the way you like to experience travel. 

We are reassured that you have come to expect a high level of quality from Insight Vacations, yet deeply regret that you will not consider travelling with us again. Furthermore, we are saddened to learn that the cuisine provided did not meet your expectations, and will bring this to the attention of our Quality Control team for their review. Additionally, it is disappointing to read that you didn’t enjoy the time spent on the road with us.
