We understand that the amount of time spent on the coach, along with the fast-paced nature of the itinerary, may have felt overwhelming at times. Our tours are designed to showcase the very best of each destination in a limited amount of time, but we appreciate that for some, a more relaxed pace would be preferable. Your comments will be shared with our Product Team as we continually review how we can improve the overall experience. We’re also sorry to learn that the optional experiences did not feel like good value and that the food provided during these was disappointing. We aim for all elements of the tour including our optional excursions to enhance the journey, and we regret that this wasn’t your experience. We’re also pleased that you found the tour enjoyable overall, even if the pace at times felt a little fast. Your feedback is much appreciated and will be shared with our planning team as we continue to assess the balance and flow of our itineraries. That said, we are very sorry to learn about the health concerns you raised. We completely understand how distressing it must have been to witness a fellow passenger travelling while unwell, and we are sorry to hear that your wife along with others became ill as a result. It’s unfortunate when something like this affects the enjoyment and wellbeing of multiple guests, especially when it leads to missed experiences. Your suggestion of implementing a policy requiring mask use for anyone showing symptoms such as a persistent cough is entirely understandable. While we are not in a position to mandate mask-wearing, please rest assured that your health and safety are always our top priorities. We have implemented comprehensive cleaning and sanitisation protocols, including daily surface cleaning and frequent air filter sanitisation on our coaches, to help maintain a safe and hygienic environment for everyone on board. We truly appreciate your feedback and your thoughtful recommendation. It has been shared with our Senior Operations Team for review, especially in light of other travel companies’ approaches.
