We are, however, sincerely sorry to learn of the issues you encountered during the Farm-to-Table dinner and your stay at Le Périgord. Your concerns regarding the service, lack of air-conditioning, and the unprepared state of the hotel—particularly the non-functioning refrigerators—are deeply regrettable, especially given the importance of refrigeration for medication.
