However, the feedback request was automatically sent to you last Sun 22 Aug, when you knew then you had not received payment, or interim email, yet waited a further 6 days until Fri 27 Aug to contact us at 11:41am? At 13:52 hours the same day, we supplied a copy email sent to you 16 Aug, which you say you never received. Only then did you/could you reply with bank details for payment, ending "Many thanks". Bank transfer was made as confirmed by our email at 4:46pm same day. Records show your feedback review was made at/before 8:57 am that same morning, BEFORE CONTACTING US FOR THE FIRST TIME AFTERWARDS!
We do pay quickly, as shown by many other customers feedback (please, for example, see that given before yours: "Excellent 5 Star service. Superfast settlement"). We do not chase customers for bank a/c details, since, as shown here, a follow on feedback request email is sent as a prompt. The feedback is gathered independently of us by Feefo. We receive a report 24 hours after, hence, we have only just seen your 1 star review today-Sat 28 Aug. Your review is neither fair nor reflective of events, since you gave it BEFORE contacting us to say payment not received. I'm afraid this is a case of technological breakdown (emails are not 100%: they fail to deliver, can be deleted in error, deposit in Junk/Spam folders etc.), and you "Jumping the gun"!
