Unfortunately in a price sensitive market, fluctuations can occur and unfortunately at the moment, some can be significant. If you are comparing us with 'online' prices, unfortunately this does often come with the 'online' support after an incident which is where we provide the support required and the protection of taking insurance through a broker.
Under strict 'fair value' legislation, we have to ensure our charges are consistent across all consumers and ensure it is sufficient to allow us to run a business focussed on service before price, hence the £35 fee.
I'm sorry we couldn't offer the price you were looking for this time and if you would like to consider adjusting the 1 out of 5 for service I would appreciate it. We try very hard to provide this and premium pricing is down to the insurers, not us.
