The St Christopher was so small I could not believe it .

You could have showed the actual size when I ordered it.

Hello, thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the chain, it appears that your chain has come into contact with a chemical (even toiletries and body heat) that has caused the chain to tarnish slightly, and it is not uncommon in warm/hot weather. We would strongly adivse (as per our care card) that the chain is cleaned regularly with a silver dip, especially in summer. To give an example It's a bit like a silver picture frame, if not wiped regularly with a silver cloth it goes black. We are sorry that you have experienced this, but a good silver cleaner/dip i.e Goddards or the wipes that we sell on our website should bring your chain up like new. With kind regards, Emma, Customer Services Manager
