I received a damaged folder (the spine had been torn from the file). I phoned straight away to request a replacement a week ago. I have heard nothing since.

The guy who contacted me (Mike) was very friendly and helpful, even when I couldn’t hear him that well as I was near a busy road he was happy to go over everything and then email me more info.
