Sadly we paid for an express delivery but even though we messaged the company this arrived several days later, after what would have been a standard delivery and were offered no compensation

Don't rely of the order arriving when expected
Not good, order never arrived within the specified dates. Luckily came the next day but only after emails from me. I wonder if I still be waiting otherwise.
