Pas satisfaite du tout. Bouillotte de qualité médiocre et qu'elle se glisse avec difficulté dans une enveloppe de velours ne change rien à l'affaire. L'histoire du sachet de lavande est sans intérêt...

Thank you for your feedback.  I understand you were initially disappointed with the replacement Lavender sachet we sent to you, but if you gently squeeze this you will find it will rejuvenate the aroma, which I am sure will be helpful.

We use high quality Fashy hot water bottles but we are very sorry to learn that you were unhappy with this.

Thanks for taking the time to send us your review.  So pleased that you are happy with your Holistic Silk purchases and it’s lovely to hear that you have ordered from us again.

It's a shame your parcel took so long to arrive - we endeavour to dispatch the same day but have recently experienced some delays with Canadian Customs, which wouldn't have helped. 

A little tip would be to gently squeeze your Eye Mask where the Lavender sits and this will rejuvenate the aroma.
