I’m sorry to hear that you felt the entertainment could have been improved and that there was a reliance on Hoburne hosts rather than additional variety. We appreciate how important a varied entertainment programme is, especially during busy periods. I also understand your comments regarding bar staffing on Saturday evening. During peak times there can unfortunately be periods of high demand, but this should not result in delays or guests feeling rushed with last orders earlier than expected.
