Dear Guest Thankyou for your review and apologised again for the inconvenience caused. We did try returning your call as soon as we could after our busy check in day. As discussed on several occasions we are investigating your lost t-shirt internally. We are awaiting to hear back from our linen company who may have the tshirt wrapped up in the bedding. As discussed, we will keep you alerted and will continue to work with the authorities to retrieve your lost item. We do ask all guests to thoroughly check their caravan before leaving as we cannot be held accountable for any lost items. Team Bashley
