It's always great to know our guests have had a relaxing break with us. We appreciate your comments about the play areas and the access from the lower part of the park. We can understand how having a more direct pedestrian route would make getting around easier, especially with children. We're also sorry to hear that the caravan had a musty smell and that the radiators were showing signs of rust. That's not the impression we want our accommodation to make, and we'll be passing your comments on to our team so they can look into this. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
