We're sorry to hear some aspects of your stay didn't meet your expectations. To clarify, the accommodation booked was one of our Classic caravans, which does not include decking or outdoor furniture as part of its advertised features. We appreciate that outdoor seating would have enhanced your stay, and we understand your disappointment. Regarding the bath mat, for hygiene reasons we do not provide bath mats in our caravans.
