Phone operator required information that I did not have and had to phone previous insurer. Given that all details are shared by insurers, the operator would have had access to the information anyway!...

It would have been better if I could have done my home and holiday home…
It would have been better if I could have done my home and holiday home in one sweep and not in 2 different ways i.e 1 electronically and 1 on the phone
