I am sorry you were disappointed with the experience you received from Hiscox. The only payment options currently available are monthly or annual direct debits. These payment methods allow us to offer continuous policies, which do not require renegotiation each year and a new payment to be set up. The associated reduction in administration costs can be passed on to our policyholders in their premiums. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
