Hey Valentina, we’re sorry to hear that the product was not as good as you expected.
We have a few tips which will hopefully help you to get the best results from the product:
Apply using a disposable spoolie or mascara type wand.
Collect a small amount of product from the wand within the tube, and apply directly to the brows, using the disposable wand.
This should ensure a smoother application without excess product being visible on the brow area.
