Probably best not to ask for any details about which property you are going to as they do not seem to know their base from their apex - although they did phone back promptly to confirm this.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm sorry if you felt that we weren't as knowledgeable as expected.
Admittedly, with over 600 properties there can be occasions where we are uncertain about the answer to a query. On these occasions, we would much rather quickly confirm with a colleague than give incorrect information.
You can also always ask to be put in contact with someone who has visited the property and can talk in detail about any queries you may have.
I hope you have a lovely holiday and that we can perhaps welcome you back in future.
