We always want people to go away from our courses feeling like they have learnt new skills and got what they needed. While this was a custom course and we delivered the material as agreed with your booker, we'd still like to make this right for you. I'd be happy to arrange for you to have a private 1 hour session with a trainer to achieve your goals - either a 1-to-1 or with you and your colleague who attended and was also left feeling disappointed. Unfortunately as we only had 1 evaluation completed for this course (which was positive) we didn't know until now there was an issue, or we would have contacted you to discuss this privately after the course ended :(
