As mentioned previously. The product arrived in the time expected. But their response to my enquiry leaves a lot to be desired. As they never gave one.

I can only apologise if you did not see our response. Our systems show that we replied to you on Fri, Jan 31, 1:52 PM and we do not seem to have recieved a response.
Our website has a large help and information section, including a Milk kefir help and information section, video's and more for any help that is needed. This includes photographs and video's.
Sadly we cannot help with technical issues with your technology only the cultures.

We have a large section of the website dedicated to help and advice including a Milk kefir help and information section and there is a picture of seperation in our frequently asked questions section on the website.
We sent you links to this section of the website shortly after purchase. There are also lots of other helpful guides and video's. We have a whole section of the website dedicated to help and education about the cultures.
Whilst we will always endevour to answer as many customer questions as possible as quickly as possible we do encourage customers to look at the resources on the website first as all the information you need is there or follow the instructions on our email repy and give us a call.
I ordered the starter and a bottle 4 weeks ago. I have still not received the order.

Thank you for your feedback although i am a little confused as to why you have left this as feedback rather than contacting our customer service team for help.
According to our records we recieved your order on the 1st of feb and dispatched it on the 4th feb. On the 5th Febuary you contacted Royal Mail and arranged for your order to be delivered to a collection point. Royal Mail confirmed this with you and on the 6th of febuary and then did as you requested and delivered the goods to a collection point for collection.
At this point your order is still at the collection point waiting for you top collect (i have called and confirmed this).
You have recieved emails and text messages from both us and Royal Mail requesting you to collect the goods for the collection shop YOU chose. Please follow the instructions that Royal Mail provided and collect the goods.

Service was very smooth, from order to delivery. The grains were dispatched and arrived two days after ordering. The instructions received were a great refresher too.
