We do not seem to have received the customers emails in regards to the missing item however we have now called the customer so we could get that rectified.
We can only apologise if we have made an error or missed something, we do try to ensure that all orders are 100% correct but they are picked and packed by humans so we can sometimes get it wrong. We will however always make sure that we rectify any errors immediately and have called the customer in this case.

We have contacted the customer to resolve the issue and apologise. We do not have a record of any emails as they are usually answered within a few days.
Our customer service team are always available (MON-FRIDAY 9am-5pm) to resolve any issues on 01323 730091 and they can also offer brewing advice etc.
