Lovely lovely kefir, but oh, the amount of plastic packaging it came in! acres of bubble wrap around it in a too-large box. get with it guys...

All of our bubble wrap is biodegradable as are the packing nuts and other than that we use paper based products so there is no actual plastic packaging it is all fully biodegradable. We do pack everything very well , as we are aware of how disappointing it is when orders are damaged in the post. So whilst it may seem like there is a lot of packaging it is there to make sure everything arrives in one piece and it is all fully biodegradable.

Thanks for reply Marcus- but afraid this bubble wrap and plastic film definitely wasn't biodegradable, I checked the symbols carefully, maybe you ran out? But do appreciate that it arrived securely!
