My scoby has not arrived I paid in January and despite emails and phone call no joy. It is a very poor service

I am so sorry there was an issue with the delivery of your scoby. This however was a Royal Mail issue. We reported the issue to Royal Mail as soon as you let us know and had the delivery investigated. We are currently waiting for the outcome of the investigation. We have however fully refunded you. We have replied to all emails you have sent and we have spoken to you on the phone. I can only apologise that you are not happy with us but we do have to follow Royal Mails' claims procedures.

I am so sorry that there was a problem with delivery. We have fully refunded you for the missing item. We replied to all emails and spoke to you on the phone however we have to follow Royal Mail's procedures for claims etc. and we do not control the outcome or how long it takes them to investigate. Delivery issues are rare but when they happen we do need to let Royal Mail investigate and i am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

I can only apologise if the delivery of your goods was delayed. WE do offer DPD as a shipping option which is a 1-2 day service.
Fabulous. Kept up your date throughout the ordering and delivery process. Package arrived on time, beautifully packed with very clear instructions.
