Poor service
They lost my initial payment which resulted in my having to phone twice to sort it out.

All in all a positive experience!
I liked being able to apply by post. Everything was very straightforward. The only minus to the experience was that the paperwork which came through contained an error regarding the amount invested....

Excellent service.
The customer services lady I spoke to about opening two accounts at the same time was very pleasant & helpful. The process was surprisingly simple and worked exactly as she said it would.
