Despite all of our efforts, we regret on some rare occasions, out of stock products are not indicated on the site. As you know, as part of our no quibble guarantee we offer a full refund on all returned products. However, I'm afraid we are unable to reimburse you for any extra postage costs on top of our standard delivery charge.
