Please let me reassure you that the product has been manufactured to a very high quality and Universal Feed Assurance Scheme standards and that all the ingredients are safe, from UFAS approved supplements and of course completely nutritionally appropriate for dogs. Unfortunately sometimes there can be ingredients that particular pets either don't like or they may have an intolerance or allergy to. The customer satisfaction guarantee is really designed to show the effectiveness of the product as we believe that customers will see a difference in their dog once they have used the pouch.
