Thanks for your feedback. I've read over your comments, had a look in to your order and can only apologise for the problems you faced upon receiving the guitar. Whether a guitar is brand new or pre owned, it should still go through the same pre dispatch check and be maintained to the same level in store. I can only apologise on behalf of the store who dispatched the guitar to you. It isn't in anybodies interest to deliver / take delivery of poor quality goods. We do always ask that our dispatch team check goods prior to shipped - in some instances the guitar set up can shift in transit.
