Simply the best!
Simple to purchase online and quick secure delivery. Only problem was i couldn't find the large boxes of Rose and Violet creams on the website this time. Maybe a glitch but more likely operator...

I thought the service was very poor , firstly I was charged £8 for delivery which I have never been charged that much for much larger items, secondly it took 10 days to arrive instead of the 3 / 5...

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback. Delivery charges are calculated by the website on the combined weight of your items. As for delivery the majority of parcels are sent first class Royal Mail. Unfortunately, the postal service this Christmas, as we have discovered, was very poor. As you may appreciate, we do not have any control over the delivery times. Sorry to hear that you would think twice about using us again as you have been ordering from us for a few years.

A good speedy delivery and I love their chocolates. Superb quality and they taste delicious. Rose and violet creams a huge favourite from my childhood.
