We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our Secrets of the Night Illumination tour. A refund for the unused ticket has been issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process.
It was a terrible experience. We didn’t receive good communication in where to meet the trolly. There are 3 visitor centers listed in Savannah. We went to the one that cam up first in google search....

The pickup location was easy to find and convenient. They even would have picked me up at the hotel but we were already downtown. The best part was the tour itself Savannah for Morons is a cant...
