Dear Mr Jared

We're sorry your experience wasn't as expected, we had the information that you arrived in an American Airlines flight no. 1547 landing at 10:02PM in terminal 3.  Our staff left the Airport at 11:20PM leaving you as a no show.
Can you please let me know if the flight information is correct?

My flight number was indeed 1547 but we landed at 9:40pm with an estimated landing at 9:45pm. I was definitely outside of the terminal, past customs, and in the taxi/transportation area at 10:30pm (I have proof) so I am not sure how or why I was left if I was considered a "no-show" at 11:20pm. When I entered the taxi/transportation area, again way before 11:20 pm, I was helped by a woman who works for the taxi company who called Grayline (no response after several attempts), saw that no-one was at the booth, and even communicated with her coworkers and employees of different transportation services to see what the situation was -- all of which confirming that I was left before 11:20pm.

Booked two, shared, one-way airport transfers and ended up being a solo passenger in both instances, a pleasant surprise. The drivers are professional, friendly, and courteous. Highly recommend!

Overall, very good service. Pickups were always on time, and the drivers were very nice. Unfortunately, can't quite rate a full 5-stars because on my trip to the airport- we waited for 20+ minutes...
