I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. Most of our guests find an hour just about the right time time for the Portland attractions. Our website, our brochure and the schedule we handed you when you got your ticket all indicated that the service was hourly. You also called and said you could not find one of the stops to get on and did not tour with us. You were issued a refund. How could you not have toured with us and ask for a refund and then say the trolleys were not running has shown and advertised? There is something inconsistent here.
