We take your comments seriously, particularly regarding the attitude of the driver and the experience at the Blue Lagoon. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we will address the matter with our team to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Regarding the shuttle and transfer experience, we apologize for the chaos and inconvenience you experienced. This was the time when the Blue Lagoon just reopened after the recent volcanic eruption, hence there were shortened Operating hours which also affected the streamlined process but it was restored last December 15 and everything is all back to normal now.
We deeply regret that this experience has left such a negative impression, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to make things right. Once again, we are sorry for the frustration caused and thank you for sharing your thoughts.
