Thank you for writing your review in order for us to give an explanation as to the arrangements of the confirmation instructions that you received when booking your ticket. The arrangement for the shared shuttle service is that you book the departure from the city, the confirmation then says you need to be ready for pickup ahead of time as time is needed to collect other passengers from their respective hotels. It seems you have missed reading this very important information to be at the selected location at the time indicated in bold letters and this is truly unfortunate.
