Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunate that you were not aware of the arrangements with the shared shuttle service from the main depot. Passengers are taken on smaller vehicles to their hotels and guesthouses in the city and the city center streets unfortunately are not accessible to larger vehicles and tour bus stops within short walking distance used instead. This would be displayed on your confirmation voucher. We hope that your visit with us in Iceland was otherwise pleasant

Yours was nearby tour bus stop #9 that was clearly indicated on the confirmation voucher, unfortunate that you missed this important information. As a gesture of good will, your booking was refunded. Thank you for your feedback, always appreciated in order to improve or even the chance to explain what seems to be chaos but may seem to be a bit chaotic at times. The airport transfers you booked with us is a shared shuttle that collects passengers from hotels and brings them to our main depot where the larger coach will depart. The only way as larger vehicles cannot and may not enter the narrow city center streets. At times with the northern lights, the tour may be cancelled many nights in a row due to weather and a large number of passengers are then waiting to join us and you may or may not have rescheduled your booking. We do hope that you did enjoy your visit with us after all
