thank you for your review of the Northern Lights tour. Regrettably the lights were not seen on November 19th and all passengers were invited to join us again free of charge. If you have already left Iceland then the tickets are valid for 2 years. The sightings of the Northern Lights is never guaranteed, we hope you can join us again and give this another chance

At certain times of day we have many passengers booked and as flights come in, first come first serve holding a reserved booking. Our partners at Airport Direct display our logo on a large screen in their booth, showing clearly when you exit customs. We hope that your visit with us was otherwise pleasant
