They have forgotten to tell the bus driver that we booked a specific pick up at the hotel. We missed 1h of sunlight and had to contact our tour to change the timing

Gray Line should put Gray Line signs on it's buses for clarity.

The bus did not stop by at 12:30. The bus at 1:30 did not have a Gray Line sign. If the bus driver didn't seek me out, I would not have known it was a Gray Line.bus. it had a different company...
