They stood me up. The bus never showed up. I had to call them, they didn't give a solution just the refund. It was my last day at the country and this situation was the worst.

Pretty good

Great service however paid for hotel pickup however bus did not arrive at stated time. Had to walk 3.5km with luggage to depot. Once at depot service was excellent.

Thank you for taking the time in writing us about your experience. We regret to see that the beautiful Golden Circle sights deserve only 2 stars. At each location customers are allowed from 30 to 60 min, depending on the time table and group dynamic. On the return to Reykjavik customers can be dropped off by the tour bus at certain locations or use the drop off service from Reykjavik Terminal, same used when picked up.
