However, Gray Line Worldwide continues to operate globally, and your booking remained valid despite the operating brand update. The tour scheduled for 18 February was cancelled due to weather conditions, and we have been advised that a full refund has been issued. If the funds have not yet appeared in your account, we recommend checking with your bank, as processing times may vary.
