Very easy to do and got immediate confirmation of order
Canceled tour and didn't not tell me. They had 5 business days to tell me. Advertised as rain or shine, yet 1/2 an inch of snow was somehow too much for them

Thank you for your feedback and we completely understand your frustration on not being able to take the tours during your visit. The City of Charleston was under a State of Emergency during that time and unless necessary not to be on the roads, thus cancelling all tours and employee access. As you stated we are not equipped to handle winter weather. The last time Charleston received that amount of snow/ice was 1989. The ½ inch of freezing rain and 4+ inches of snow on top of that definitely shut the city down and even the airport for 5 days. As you know we processed your refund once the office was accessible. Thank you again for your feedback.
