Good morning,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the service received.
While the incorrect size should not have been delivered, we can see the issue was reported on 5th May and a collection and replacement were arranged and completed by 8th May, within the original estimated delivery timescale provided.
We are always reviewing our processes to improve our service and appreciate your feedback. A member of our Customer Care Team will be in touch shortly to discuss this further.
Kind regards,
Jenny
